1. What we collect
Company profile details (name, address, GSTIN, contacts, bank details you choose to add), uploaded logo/signature/stamp images, documents you create, and login activity.
2. How we use it
Only to provide the service: generating your documents, reports, receipts and support. Password reset emails are sent to your registered email.
3. Isolation & security
Every company's records are separated on the server; passwords are stored as salted hashes; sessions use secure http-only cookies; important actions are recorded in activity logs.
4. Payments
Card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never stored by TransMart. We store the transaction reference and amount for your receipts.
5. Retention
Data is kept while your account exists. You can request deletion by contacting support.
