1. Service

TransMart provides online software to create, store, print and export transport documents (bilties/lorry receipts, challans) and related reports. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered.

2. Accounts

Each transport company registers its own account and is responsible for keeping its login credentials confidential. TransMart may suspend accounts that misuse the service or fail to pay.

3. Subscription & payment

Plans are prepaid (Monthly ₹199 / Yearly ₹2,000 unless changed by TransMart). Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions are not auto-debited; renew before expiry to keep creating records. Fees are non-refundable once a period starts, except where required by law.

4. Your data

You own your business data. You can export it to Excel or a backup file at any time, including after expiry. We will not sell your data.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep regular backups using the Backup feature.

6. Liability

TransMart is a documentation tool and is not a party to any transport contract between you and your customers. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
